ABOUT ME

I am 31 old, living with my boyfriend, our 2 daughters and 2 cats in the centre of Amsterdam. I am working as a consultant in the pharmaceutical area.

When meeting friends, I love to do social activities at home (cooking, playing board and parlor games, watching a good movie,....) or outside (barbecueing, playing beach volleyball, frisbee, table-tennis....)

Watched (and helped) our dog giving birth to three puppies. An amazing experience!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I could teach how to braid baskets, e.g. from bast fibers. More recently I started to sew clothes for my kids.
In our household we do a lot of stuff ourselves: carpentry (shelves, tables, beds that exactly fit the apartment), clothes and accessories, I myself know a bit about gardening and (with the spring approaching fast) will soon start to prepare our small back yard for growing some vegetables and herbs.

And, some day, I would like to learn Chinese (though that is nothing I could achieve during a couchsurfing visit). :)
