About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be happy and try to make others happy... unfortunately it's not as easy as it sounds...

ABOUT ME

We are a young Mexican couple living in Paris!
I have a law degree by the National University (UNAM) and I’m studying my masters in International Energy at Sciences Po in Paris. Armando, my husband, is an IT engineer and a great cook!
We love meeting new people and we like to treat others and their space as we would like them to treat us! We have not had the opportunity to travel much as a couple, so I’m trying to show traveling and Couchsurfing’s charms to my husband!
We are funny and tidy, and of course, always willing to cook (and teach) some Mexican dishes!!!

I am really greatful for all the happiness, love, and great opportunities life has granted me! And I try to make the best of each instant! We only have one life... so let’s just enjoy it!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just love the idea of CS!!! And most of the time I've been the surfer, but I love hosting as well, being for just a coffee or a couch

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used CS for the first time in Italy, at Firenze. It was an amazing experience!I've been hosted several times around Europe, and when I was living in Paris 7 years ago, I hosted some people for coffe or drink as well. Now, I’m back in Paris, with my husband, and we would love to keep meeting people! We like righteousness and doing the right thing! It just feels nice! Couchsurfing for me is the opportunity of traveling from home (while hosting) and to live the local family experience while being hosted. Such a great opportunity to meet great people!!!!

Interests

I love reading, though I've not given myself enough time for it lately, I really enjoy cooking, movies, walking around, sightseing, but, probably most of it, enjoying nice chats with people. I’m a huge believer in karma, what goes around, comes around...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read, but don't have much time to do so, but I really enjoy reading novels.
Music, I don't have a specific interest, I may listen to all kinds of it, but the one I might enjoy the most is classical music, but when party time arrives, I turn into party mood as well.
Movies, I love them! Although not very much the terror kind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived travelling without any money around Europe for almost a month after a "friend", or a guy who I thought was my friend, stole all my money and abandoned me in the middle of the night in a little town in Poland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I might teach Spanish, English, to cook, (Mexican food!) …

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can offer a nice chat and a piece of Mexican bliss! We are attentive, warming, love giving people! And we can offer real Mexican guacamole! (Not that tex-mex thing...)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, Mexico
