I'm a big Hal hartley fan, but also Jim Jarmusch and other art house filmmakers. Though I also can enjoy a no-brain Bruce Willis action movie :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once played a gig in Australia at a place called the House with No Walls, and it has no walls! It is a truly amazing house in the rain forrest on the Australian east coast built by a wonderful couple. They lost their daughter many years ago, she was first raped and then murdered. After they found out about the tragedy they decided to build a house with no walls, signalling their love and openness to everybody.

I survived a strange skydiving accident many years ago. It was one of the kind where you'd think, "ok, that was it". I had a mid-air collision with another jumper at about 800 feet. I passed out while still in the air spiralling towards the earth. The other jumper got out of the entangled mess and my canopy recovered. I still don't know how I did it, but from eyewittnesses' reports I apparently landed my canopy perfectly.

I can teach guitar and music theory. I can also teach how to turn a big fortune into a small one ;-) just kidding ... I love to learn!!
