ABOUT ME

There is a Japanese folk story about a pilgrim who walks through a waterfall and finds himself in a village held hostage by monkey's pretending to be gods. The wanderer exposes the lie and sets the people free. I've seen enough of the monkeys, so...next! I'm still new to the bay area, and looking for the interesting folks. I like days and places that remind me of Paris, archetypal symbolism, the juxtaposition of wild and civilized, jokes at the wrong moment, cinema, voss with bubbles, bow ties, coffee shops, new countries, old jazz, synesthesia and possibility. I once met a woman who fought her cancer by wearing wings around a town in Mexico. I think we should all wear wings. Life should resemble Charlie Chaplin films more often. Alcohol is best consumed at the wrong times of day...five o'clock shmive o'clock. A soul is a garden. "I feel above me the dayblind stars waiting with their light.
