About Me
ABOUT MOI:
Hi! I'm a 4th year PhD student in behavioral neuroscience, currently residing in the northern academic sanctuary that is Boston. Born in India, I've spent more than 7 years in the US in the humble form of a student.
Philosophy that caters to good vibes:
"When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle) [classic]
"Love has nothing to do with what you expecting to get-only with what you are expecting to give, which is everything." (Katharine Hepburn) [so mushy... but its melts my heart everytime!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been traveling around the world since I was 6, and the one thing that has stayed true from then till now is that the best travel experiences are made by the people you meet. It might be for a day, a week, an hour, or just for a cup of coffee. Opening up yourself to new conversations and company is the most rewarding way of seeing an unknown land. Couchsurfing sounds like the perfect opportunity to make what could end up as an impersonal travel holiday into a deeply meaningful, fun and memorable one!
Music, Movies, and Books
These lists could obviously be endless. Here's three for each,
Music: Pink Floyd, The Strokes, Sufjan Stevens
Movies: Schindler's List, Roman Holiday, 2001: A Space Odyssey
Books: Notes from the Underground, the Trial, The Unbearable Lightness of Being
