ABOUT ME

I am a creative individual who is interested in meeting people and sharing ideas and causes. Meditation and Yoga are a big part of my life. I enjoy Vegetarian food and healthy living. I love to do really intense exercise like riding my road bike for 50-100 miles on many hills with lots of elevation gain. Love the garden and would love to continue to become more sustainable.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did a lot of Couch surfing in England. It is so fun to learn the customs of where you are. It isn't what you expect, but the surprises are what you always remember in your life. Back when I was in London I used to have friends that still burned coal. I always remember that I would always get a cup of tea upon awakening. Usually in bed. How nice that was!
