I’m a certified Yoga practitioner with a 480-hour Diploma in Yoga and Meditation, and I’ve been practicing yoga for the last 10 years. Yoga for me is not just physical exercise, it’s a way of living with awareness, balance, and compassion.
I love traveling, meeting people from different cultures, and sharing positive energy wherever I go. My journey is guided by simplicity, mindfulness, and meaningful human connections.

I’m traveling to different places with a simple mission: to share Yoga and Meditation freely with anyone who is interested. I conduct free yoga and meditation sessions for individuals, small groups, communities, or studios.
