Hi there! I’m an HR professional working in diverse industries, including ceramics, cement, and greenfield projects across India and the UAE. I’ve worked in a variety of organizational setups, from startups to large PSUs, and I’m passionate about building company culture and people management systems.

Recently, I’ve embraced the idea of being a digital nomad and love combining my professional life with my passion for travel. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new cultures, hiking through beautiful landscapes, or trying out local cuisine. I’m also always up for a good conversation over a cup of coffee!
