One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite thing so far has been walking the streets of Budapest when I was 16 with my phone and watch dead. I was completely lost but still enjoying myself. I found a nice local bar, crashed a wedding, and had the best gyro of my life at a hole in the wall restaurant. This made me realize how dependent we all are on our devices and how much more fun life can be when you disconnect.

This experience alone made me start backpacking, traveling solo, and experience Couchsurfing like I do now
