About Me
I AM SUSPENDING HOSTING TILL THE VIRUS THREAT SUBSIDES SINCE I AM AN ASTMATIC.
I am a single ( divorced ) , very well educated, well read and a fun person. I am a software entrepreneur by profession - working from home for the last 30+ years. My hobbies are singing and cooking. I am a foodie but I am a vegan - who has eggs. I am a non smoker and I do not drink. I have very clean habits and I like simple living with very few possessions and ostentation but brimming with ideas and enthusiasm for life - which is where I get my kicks in life. I love making new friends. I have structured my business so as to be able to run it from absolutely anywhere in the world. This gives me complete freedom and mobility to spend time with CS guests. There is one guest ( Maria Karachkova) who recently stayed with me free for 7 whole days. made me buy groceries for her, I made sure she bought visitors' health insurance for herself, I took her free to Grand Canyon and Sedona since the follow up guests agreed to pay for car rental and fuel, I bought T-shirts for her since she was wearing the same clothes again and again and after all did for her, she writes an unfavorable review complaining about the food and the noise I made in the kitchen cleaning dishes that SHE left in the sink probably because I said I am not going to buy a $50 Levy's jeans for her - in other words all her actions subsequent to the good reference I wrote for her turned into a quest for revenge for not indulging her. She turned out to be bat shit crazy. Kindly be gracious when you are getting free accommodation and the host tries to be hospitable. Hosts are not running a hotel - they are just helping out with whatever means are at their disposal. Hosts do not have to change their lifestyles to suit the preferences of guests. Guests are free to use the host's place ONLY for sleeping if they want to and fend for themselves for anything else. Ultimately, it is an opportunity to make lifelong friends - please use it for that end. Thankfully most have understood that spirit without having to explain and I have enjoyed hosting them and they have enjoyed staying with me - as can be seen from most of my references.
Based on my experience with Maria, I would hesitate to host any single girls older than 35 because they bring too much baggage with them - I have too much trouble dealing with them. I find younger people more cheerful and upbeat in their attitude towards life and able to focus on the positive aspects of their CS experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have designed the best product in the world for instant recording of classroom lectures. I have a US patent for it. I am currently marketing it exclusively in India.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people to use Karaoke singing if they have not done it before. I can teach cooking Indian food.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can show them around some non-touristy Las Vegas sights, good food. I can sing and dance with them if they are so inclined. I know places with live music where one can have beer slowly and listen to some great music and dance as well.
