PHILOSOPHY
A snapshot of my philosophy below, written beautifully by a childhood friend:

So often we make promises and forget.. but not with him, and that is why i say.. "it's not influencing rather amazing to see how he manages to keep his video in alignment with his audio."
He makes his own rules.. follows them and then abruptly breaks them.. in front of more challenging ones.. and its not really hard to imagine what he does when rules come hard at him.. You guessed it right! He is the worst kind of Rebel !!
He has wings.. wings of desire.. you meet him and he unconsciously makes you realize that the last thing you want is to censor yourself. A crime.. indeed.

ABOUT ME
I love deep and intense discussions with open minded individuals. I am flexible enough to let a new thought change my thought process completely. And yet ferocious enough to defend existing beliefs with tooth and nail until they are proven unworthy. Exchanging views and getting to know a different point of view completes my travel experience. A dash of humor in the conversation and smiles on the faces of participants really lights me up.
I am meticulous and organized. However I haven't let go of a little childish craziness in me. I like exploring and experiencing. I can be up for anything ranging from sky diving to lazing on a couch.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I created the following group to bring Pune CSers together:

Through this group we organize weekly CS meetups in Pune. And the response is conspicuously overwhelming. Even with the limited number of registered members in the group, we never had troubles in organizing weekly meetups. And member are extremely willing to offer couch if they can.

And as a direct result of everybody's commitment and enthusiasm, Pune CSing has finally taken off. I am really thankful to all the CSers who never disappoint and always willing for any CS activity, be it weekly meetup or hosting/surfing. I am thrilled at the fun and excitement they add to the evening, week, after week, after week.

Needless to say, we're the most active CS group in Pune. Thanks everybody for making it happen in such a short span of time.

And now that I have relocated to the US, the CSers back in Pune have ensured it keep on growing and keeps on adding more fun and laughter to CSing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted surfers of every profile. International & domestic, males & females; couples & singles.

I simply love the experience of helping passionate travelers realize their dreams, see a new city from a new perspective. I am indebted to all the surfers who gave me the opportunity to host; and even more to those who chose me even when they had more comfortable and convenient couches available.

Can't really explain the wonderful feeling I get while listening to surfers' wonderful stories and experiences. Each and every time I host, I get inspired by the commitment and the enthusiasm CSers have.

I want to thank every surfer I ever hosted for being so nice and accommodating. There have been some instances when things were slightly inconvenient, but never ever did I see any complaining or whining. And more than anything else, I want to thank www.CouchSurfing.org for making all this possible.

Interests

And in no particular order, so there is no pressure on me to prioritize myself for anything.
