I'm a Life Sciences Researcher and Entrepreneur working in tackling malnutrition via synthetic biology. I can explain it to you more if you'd like. It's pretty interesting work. You might be particularly interested if you're vegan. I'm not... yet.
My work takes me to different places, different events and conferences and I try to meet up with locals as much as I can to understand the local culture, people and food. I'm really not a touristy person.
