About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Eat my way through foods and cuisines from every continent!
ABOUT ME
Fur-hater, DIY Diva, lifestyle blogger. I love to read, and along with my husband, love cooking. Friends and family will vouch for our cooking and hosting skills. I have a busy day job, which means that I will not be able to spend a lot of time with you if you are surfing during weekdays. But on weekends, my husband and I will try and take you around Mumbai. We love to read, love music, and love stories from across the world.
PHILOSOPHY
Ummm... Don't really have a philosophy. Am too busy living through my life. Maybe a decade or so from now...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host whenever I can. Currently I am off hosting, but if you are in town, and drop me a line, I'd love to meet up for a drink or coffee.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, I have only hosted, and have just about started traveling. Am bitten by the travel bug, so world, here I come!

Music, Movies, and Books
Graphic novels, Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, fiction, non fiction, Indie music, almost every movie I have watched for the sheer effort put in by any film-maker
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Danced selflessly in a remote village in Rajasthan, with over 200 villagers watching.
To celebrate India's Independence day, went and had a drawing and coloring workshop with street kids.
Danced all night in Barcelona, torn ligament notwithstanding.
Watched the historic Yanni concert against the Taj Mahal as backdrop.
Traveled to the remote Longding District in Arunanchal Pradesh, and watched the local tribal Festival. One of the most intense moments of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a Gourmet cooking enthusiast and learning new dishes is my passion. I feel that stories shared over soul food make for some of the most intense memories.
