And my philosophy is to understand that: 'As your body ages, keep it as fit as you can! Learn to understand your own mind.
And always question society rules. Do they really fit your Inner You?
Know that, as u get older, rules can be broken. Stop conforming to fear if u break the rules but be aware!🙂
Live life on your terms, never apologise for it, and stubbornly refuse to fit in! Know your heart's desires; follow them!

Free spirit and free mind - definitely not the 9 to 5 type! I like a Bohemian lifestyle. Always had a gypsy soul trying to break free....wherever I am is home and I have no need for a lot of 'things' so love travelling and discovering new places, meeting new people and learning about new cultures and exploring on motorbikes! Love South East Asia and the tropical climate. OH and PlZ note that I HAVE 1 LOVELY SON who is 32 years old! 😊

PHILOSOPHY

To be true to myself and follow my own path and have fun whilst doing it, whilst also being compassionate and authentic to others. And I know Asia has many thoughts about age - a 50 year old woman shd be at home; locked in the kitchen getting fat; and unhealthy 😂 whilst the male can do what he wants! In Europe we have a healthier view; I don't feel the need to follow such an ancient, patriarchal system! 😂😂😊

My reason for using CS is to meet locals and share cultures. I have met up with people whilst travelling and also shared space with several Csers in different countries. I am often travelling so not free to host.

Interests

Travelling and understanding different cultures, Yoga, Sacred Inner dance, 5 Rhythms dance, Sound Bath Healing, personal growth, spirituality, Reiki, EFT, Philosophy, Psychology, reading, swimming, the arts, theatre, learning new things, new adventures, animals - I love being in nature - near the ocean - and in the mountains - my meditation. Love boats😊music and recently discovered art.

I am an Osho sannyasin. I also listen to Mooji whose wisdom is so beautiful: I have been in his presence in Rishikesh; also Sadhguru's ashram in Coimbatore - met the Dalai Lama in Leh, Laddakh; I like to read Buddhist philosophy and the Tao. I try to follow a Tantra/spiritual way of life and engage with spiritual or honest, aware people. I like to discover why we are here; do we have a specific, individual purpose??? 😉I have been in several ashrams in India eg- Tushita in Dharamsala, Sri Aurobindo and Auroville - Pondicherry, Shivoham Tantra near Nagpur and Bodhizendo near Kodaikanal.

I can share anything I know or can do....especially Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, EFT, Sacred Geometry. I am a trained Zen Counsellor. I have tried many jobs in the past, e.g. English teacher; teacher trainer, Montessori teacher, Tour guide/Hotel management/EFL events/Driver/College Counsellor/Holistic Therapist.

I have taught English and IELTS around the world to all ages, in all kinds of places - International schools, Language schools and a Refugee camp on Thai/Burmese border plus Teacher trainer in UK.

On my travels, I have studied a variety of Holistic therapies - These are my current passions at the moment - empowering people to grow into their consciousness and their own truth.
