About Me

When I'm in Asia or Mexico, I eat mangoes and avocados everyday! But now I'm in Canada, on my way to Thailand sooooooon!!!

I have been recording music for a big project I have been working on the past year and a half. Three albums. One classical. One folk. And one groovy upbeat music.

My calling is people experiencing the freedom and light of their own innocence and divine beauty. I like to do that through music or any way I can. This is what I aspire to. To nourish peoples hearts and souls and have a great time doing so.

I love to meditate, dance, celebrate, eat wholesome food, be active, be in nature, sing, play music, share massage to name a few things. I love to connect with open hearted, light hearted people. I love to play music and sing and compose. I love to be in nature and to garden and grow food and learn about holistic gardening, farming and permaculture more and more. I love to swim, dance and play in the ocean, lakes and rivers. My ideal is to live a vibrant inspiring life filled with adventure, aliveness, fun, and depth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are so many people who are on this site who have such beautiful stories, projects, aspirations and their lives are living examples of the higher potential of humanity. I find this so inspiring and love to connect with people like this. So we can amp each other up and inspire one another.

Humans are meant to connect, and when we do so consciously, we can nourish everyone so deeply.

I am so grateful to all of those who have hosted me (on and off couch surfing) and when I have a long term place again, I look forward to hosting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recording an album in a hut in the forest with my home studio that fit in my backpack.

Travelled South East Asia while composing and recording music with a portable studio in my backpack.

Participated in a three week group meditation workshop in India which consisted of the following: Three hours straight of laughing everyday for seven days. Then three hours straight of crying everyday for seven days. Then three hours straight of silent meditation everyday for seven days. Wow... It was so transformative.

Danced for eight hours straight sober on new years eve 2016 at a meditation ashram on the beach in India!

Gave all my money to a friend and, on the same winter day, hitch hiked from Vancouver to Toronto, starting the trip with $0. It took one week. All I have to say about this is that people are so incredibly kind.

Wrote and recorded a mystic folk album in Nepal.
