I love the idea of staying with different types of people all over the world- I think that staying in someone's home is a better way to experience a place than being isolated in a hotel... I'm all about going new places and meeting new people. I love both Juneau and Portland (my homes in the US), and I'm eager to show these cities off to people who come visit. Juneau is especially beautiful, I'd offer my couch just so people are able to experience Southeast Alaska.
