Hello! I am currently pursuing my MBA in the Us, I am a native from Romania. I love to travel and meet native people from different places as I believe that by meeting a person you can understand a little bit of the country from which the person pertains. I am an adrenaline junkie and I have a passion for airplanes(I flew gliders, sky dived, bungee jumping, etc). People tell me I`m funny and great to have around, I would really want them to be right haha.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why the hell not?!. After visiting Paris for 2 times and not liking it I saw myself in Parisfor a third time and given that I visited all the touristy places before I decided just to wander around the city, no targets, no time frame no nada. And guess what? I fell in love with it. That was mostly attributed to the interaction with the parisians and seeing them in their natural "habitat". That was the point when I decided that traveling is not about checking the latgest amount of touristic places but trying to grasp what the place is about. How else would I do that better than spending a few days with the local people?

As mentioned before, my hobbies extend from anything that brings my pulse up to finding new recipes for smoothies(I am a vegetarian). I know, kinda lame, right?

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh, damn, that`s a hard one. Music really depends on the mood. I enjoy listening to Damien Rice a lot but if I`m at the gym I am gonna play Katy Perry, Shakira or Rihanna. So I guess I`m pretty flexible. Favourite book: definitely Faust by Goethe. Favourite movie(another hard one): jeux d`enfants, batman, Christopher Nolan`s movies( Inception, Shutter Island, Interstellar) and basically any movies with dinosaurs(I`m weak).
