ABOUT ME

I'm 24, female and Australian! Left Australia 18 months ago and have been travelling (South East Asia, South America, Europe and Africa) in between working and saving up in both London and Edinburgh.
Am a girly-girl: love shopping, reading magazines, dressing-up, partying and having fun in general! Also love keeping fit - my current exercise is hiking up Arthurs Seat and enjoying the views of Edinburgh as many times a week as I can!
Willing to try anything once....love going with the flow and seeing where life takes me - have been impressed so far so why stop now!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have never actually couch-surfed yet but have just met a cool group of people from Glasgow in Scotland who are all couch surfers and figure if they are the kind of people I would get to meet then why am i not doing this throughout the world?!?!
Then when I get home I can return the favour to all the travellers I have met heading to Melbourne, and any that I have not met but will open my couch to!

Food - cooking and eating! I am a useless cook but I love helping others cook and trying to learn....I am more like a side-kick in a kitchen but am happy and eager to help!
Sun and the outdoors - love being outside, in the sun, in the water, in the jungle....love keeping active and moving!
Enjoy watching sports live (not on TV i dont like TV!) - LOOOOVE football, and have just seen hurley for the first time - lethal!
Partying - love my music (anything and everything except drum and bass!), dancing and listening to it!
Learning new stuff - thats why I am travelling and I love it!

Movies...my attention span is really short I generally only watch a full movie if it is really good! Love Dodgeball, The Notebook, Scarface, and of course Sex in The City!
Music...my taste in music is random - am useless at remembering bands or artists names though! Love house music, but also the pop hits, rock, 80;s, even getting into Punk lately!
Books.....am a magazine girl through and through: Cosmo, Cleo, Marie Claire, Harpers Bazaar, Tatler here in the UK (but god wish I could afford the clothes!!)

Seeing the Pyramids in Egypt was definately a highlight, site-wise! And also Iguazzu Falls in Argentina!
Meomorable moments? Ending up in the VIP section at Catwalk nightclub in Barcelona; being stuck in the mud at Global Gathering in London; partying with Scot's in kilts one random Sunday night at a house party; Flirting and partying with all the latino men in both Argentina and Brazil; and eating all the yummy food in Thailand, Vietnam, Italy, Spain, Argentina and Brazil! Yummmmmmmm!
