About Me

I desire to travel the world...

I love to cook, dance, and sing. I'm not the best at these things, but one thing I am really good at is leading people and organising programmes. I am the Convenor of The InterNational Education (TINE) Africa Summit and Awards. I am also currently the Regional Officer for the University of Sussex in West Africa.

I am the founder of the Ambassadors of Africa, an organisation that aims at building Africans into global giants. In the last decade, we have impacted over 35,000 people across Africa through education and career support. In 2011, I emerged as Nigeria's 3rd best Debater and am currently one of Africa's most revered youths. In 2017, I was ranked as the 4th Most Influential Young Nigerian, and in 2018, I was listed as one of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans in the Africa Youth Awards. In 2019, I was a recipient of the World Youth Forum award at the Arab and African Youth Platform in Egypt for my role in improving global education. This year, 2022, I received the Royal African Award.

Before starting my social enterprise, Edvant Edge Africa, which aims at transforming higher education in Africa, I was the Country Council President of World Merit Nigeria. I was recently awarded the Chevening Scholarship to study for a Master of Arts in International Education and Development at the prestigious University of Sussex, United Kingdom, where I graduated with a Distinction. In 2020, my company ranked 3rd in the Sussex Social Impact Prize and received funding from Santander, UK, with other non-monetary support from the Sussex Innovation Centre.

In my few years of using Couchsurfing, I have met many people from all over the world, surfed a little, and hosted a few. I love it and I am ready for MORE!!!

This is me!
