About Me
When I finishing my semester abroad in 2016 I decided that I wanted to go back to the roots. Away from theory, back to practical nature. So I started a training as an herbal educator. I always try to expand my knowledge all the time, but as it occured, it was not the way to go for living. Right now I'm doing an internship at the wasterwater treatment plant in Baden-Baden until mid of July. My budget is pretty low, so I'm grateful for every place I can stay.
In my free time I play the flute, go hiking or learn more about native plants and herbs.
I'm interested in nature and sustainability.

Easy way for saving waste (and money):
- bamboo toothbrush
- self-made toothpaste
1. 2 tablespoons of coconut fat
2. half a tea spoon of baking soda.
3. 3-4 drops of peppermint oil for the taste
4. optional for bleaching your teeth: 1 teaspoon of curcuma (be careful with the curcuma, that you don't mess your clothes)

2. warm water
3. wait for 2 hours
- coconut oil or olive oil for dry skin and hair-ends and to remove waterproof make up
- old clothes or self knitted pads for removing make up
- menstrual cup instead of sanitary towel or tampon (it's also a lot cheaper)

2. 4 teaspoons of oil
3. 200ml camomile tea
4. shred the peel of the lemon
5. shred 50g of soap (wrapped in paper)

7. wait for 10 minutes
