About Me
ABOUT ME
What to say... I recently graduated in Neurosciences, at the University of Padova. I'm currently doing my post-graduation traineeship and still have absolutely no idea of what to do with my life after that, yey! I love travelling, and sooner or later I'd love to just leave to anywhere, just following my instinct. That would be amazing :) Ok, I totally suck with self-descriptions, deal with it.
PHILOSOPHY
Respect for the others is the foundation of any relationship. I act respectfully and I expect other people to do the same. I really like to know different opinions, and different cultures, compare the different habits of different cultures and learn as much as I can from every person I have the chance to meet and share my thoughts with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Visiting a place as a "standard" tourist and visiting it with locals are two completely different ways to appreciate a place, and I really prefer the second! It gives me the chance of seeing so many hidden places, that only inhabitants know, and live the city.
Until now, my couchsurfing experience is still poor, I just showed Trieste to a Norwegian guy who was visiting, I've been hosted for a few nights in Lyon, while I was looking for an apartment for my erasmus year, and hosted a girl travelling around Italy. I really appreciated all experiences, and I think couchsurfing is a great opportunity to both have a cheap trip (as a poor university student that's fundamental too) and a unique experience for visiting some place in the shoes of the inhabitants and meeting plenty of amazing people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read almost any kind of book, but in this period I really appreciate science fiction: The Foundation Trilogy, by Isaac Asimov, Solaris, by Lem etc..
What about music..rock, classic music, baroque, some italian music, some metal too..it depends on the mood i'm in!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During high school I participated to an exchange program in Belgium. I lived for 3 months with a host family, attending to school with my host brothers and sisters, sharing every moment with them. It was an incredible adventure, and despite the difficult moments I'd do it again a thousand times! I knew almost nothing about the country, but I learned to appreciate it, and love it. I left in Belgium a part of my heart, and it's stille there, beating and calling me back to all those amazing people I met there.
I recently had the chance of spending some days with two dear friends I met in Belgium (one from Ecuador and the other from Italy) after 8 long years. It felt like time never passed, even if we changed our feelings are untouched. It was so amazing and emotional!
Some experiences are really worth living and will change you forever.
