Since 2016 I've became a Paleo Primal Health Coach. A healthy life style which I love to teach people about it.
I work 100% online, what was my dream for a long time. Now this dream is becoming true.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm in couchsurfing because I want to keep travelling and meeting new people. As I work online, my main goal is to meet people around the world and exchange ideas and connect to new cultures. We don't like the convencional way of travelling. We prefer experience every place we go as locals, and I'm pretty sure that couchsurfing is the best way to do it. We are a very easygoing couple, we love to share our lives experience with everyone we met.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

At the momento my favorite books are about health lifestyle. The one I loved the most was "The Primal Blueprint", Mark Sisson. He explains everything about our ancestors and we our species is getting completely sick with the way we eat nowadays.
I also like the "The subtle art of not giving a fuck" MArk Manson.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Travel around Asia for 6 months without a plan and without knowing what I would see, learn and live. Was the best experience of my entire life. Asia is special and I will never forget all the moments I've lived there.

I can share all my experiences about my trips around asia and the rest of the world... Talk about yoga and meditation (actually, i'd like to learn more about it). And definitely I can teach how to have healthy habits and how to eat better. Ah, my husband is a good cooker, he would love to cool a meal for us.
