I'M TRAVELLING AND I WON'T BE IN PADOVA UNTIL THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER, SO I CANNOT HOST IN THIS PERIOD!

What does "who I am" means? I can list what I like or what I do... and I prefer the first, so...
I love community life but I also need time for being by myself. I like to speak with people about travels, ways of life, music, movies, books, politics, philosophical, psychological, sociological and antropological interpretations of life but also stupid things that make me laugh...and I like make the other laugh too. I would spend hours listening to other's stories, I love listening to many kinds of music and belt out (especially in the shower and in the car) but I appreciate silence too. I like to spend my time with children but in small doses. I really love and respect animals but unfortunately I'm scared from some of them (especially the species I've never been in contact to...and bees). I like to study and read about topics I'm interested in, I like do "scientific" research in migration field, I am a reflective person but somethimes I prefer to spend a long period just travelling or doing practical things and stop thinking too much. I'm vegetarian...more or less (I don't feel comfortable with this feeding classification).
In other words...I cannot help being paradoxical (as everyone, as far as I'm concerned)...but I love coherence!

I don't think you have really understood "who I am" by this cahotic presentation, neither I know it yet...so I hope we will know each other face to face :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing gives me the chance to meet people during a travel, to know cultures and places throughout local people's narratives and to get good advices on the best way to enjoy a city. I hosted many travellers during my living in Padua, including friends of mine, friends of friends, people travelling around the world, jugglers and couchsurfers (by the couchsurfing profile of a flatmate of mine). I really spent good time with some of these guys and I felt in travel even staying in my place. These are the reasons why I want to be a part of this community and keep on moving.

I'm a curious person so I always apreciate the knowledge sharing and I'm glad to learn from the experience of other people every kind of things that "tickle" and attract my interest. At the same time I'm discreet and quiet and I love the calm, so I can be happy to share even the sound of silence when the situation so requires!
