I'm really interested in languages, my current project is Arabic. I'm very interested in Arab and Middle-Eastern culture in general. + I love America latina (maybe because I used to live in Chile). Apart from that there's nothing I enjoy more than travelling.

I like listening to all kinds of latin american music, ranging from folk to raeggeton or also romantic songs. I recently discovered Sámi Jojk during a trip through Lapland - check out Jon Henrik Fjällgren.

Some of the movies that I enjoyed were:

-"National Treasure"
-"Pirates of the Caribbean"
-All episodes of "Star Wars"

When I find time to read books which are not related to my studies, then they are usually about history. Although I did recently enjoy reading "The Great Gatsby" by F. S. Fitzgerald.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The Silk Road from Switzerland to Hong Kong over land. Crossing Southeastern Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and the whole of China!!! I did it in 5 months!

Living in a small oasis town in the Sultanate of Oman for a few months, teaching Arab kids English. Although the cultural barrier was a challenge sometimes, it was a wonderful experiences, I'd do it again!!
