I come from an orthodox family, which means a family that maintains age-old traditions and is not open to modifications, particularly for females. In India, most families don't allow their daughters to go abroad before marriage. I struggled for one and a half years to make my dream come true. I am the first person in my family to break away from their traditional mindset."
