ABOUT ME

I am bubbly and fun-loving!! I love talking to people, and I'm very open about myself. I am a bookworm and an intellectual (I'll be pursuing my Master's and PhD in Rhetoric starting next year), so I love talking books! And I work in a bookstore, so I'm constantly reading all sorts of exciting titles - it keeps me busy! I am also very organized and clean. Those are high priorities for me.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to understand myself and others as thoroughly as possible. I believe in the power of empathy, always and forever. I also believe in the power of language - I can feel at home anywhere in the world, as long as I have a journal and a pen.

I'm currently a traveller. But when I do get settled down somewhere, I would be happy to host someone. Right now, though, I don't think I can. =P

Interests

I read books, watch Doctor Who and Game of Thrones (or movies on Netflix), and I ride my bike. I also work in a bookstore! I am also really interested in the social injustices of the world, and I frequently read news articles and watch documentaries about various economic, social, and political problems in the international community.

I also love cooking, and since I'm vegetarian, I'm especially interested in cooking vegetarian food.

I went on a hike in the jungles of East India, and I found the source of a river. I will never forget seeing the old beginning of something.

I have learned that travel is the best way to grow as a person. You break out of the daily hum-drum of your life, you test your limits, and you discover extraordinary things about yourself.
