At the moment I am traveling to Shanghai to see some friends writing a doctoral in eastern philosophy --- on to Paris to visit a couple of friends there --- on to Zurich to perhaps meet up with a friend of my father --- on to Vienna to see another friend and artist -- on to Berlin -- and eventually ending in Hamburg to see an uncle that I have not see since I was a wee boy. My plans are very tentative --- so I would like to meet good people along the way.

Born in 1982. I grew up inside of a public school in St. Petersburg Russia populated by a motley crew of non conformists, musicians and intellectuals. My family immigrated to the US when I was 10 -- Went to art school -- opened a gallery/exhibition/performance space in Chicago --- I have spent 2 months of the past 4 years vollenteering at an artist residency ( ACRE RESIDENCY http://www.acreresidency.org/) --- at the moment I am traveling
