I have had a problem with a Ukranian guest which have purposely damage the room, and ran away during the night.
I have communicated the case to the Ukrainian Ambassador in Portugal.

By the way:
This site was created to offer free accomodation for travelers with not much money for accomodation . So, if you are a independente person or couple, and you need a place to stay for free, ok you are welcome, as I really like very much to help people who are travelling and I like to have good conversations at night in the dinner time with my guests. Even sometimes I invite my guests to dinner with me. Also I like to give info about my city and my country!
Anyway, you are in traveling time, but I am in working time. So, I can't be your guide in beautiful Porto, as I am working.
If you need to find a host for being your guide in city, then please contact other host!

Well, firstly I like traveling, so I like to help travelers in my city. cause I also am a traveler and sometimes I need help of local people in other countries, too :),
Second, I like to help people who are interested in discovering my city.

Art, cultures, traditions, nature, lakes and rivers. Also little traditional villages and everything about the different Countries and People, mainly inside Europe !
Well, in Portugal I enjoy: Sun, Beach, Nature, Landscapes, Sunset on sand beach, international dishes, portuguese meals, different wines, and... Porto Wine, of course :)

RULES of the HOUSE:
I don't provide bed sheets for less than 3 nights.
The access to the kitchen is temporarily unavailable, as at this moment it is not tidy as I like, anyway I can put your food on fridge.
I smoke on the backside of the house, where I have my private quarters.
During the days that you are my guest, you must arrive in my home at the latest until midnight, for I open the door for you

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Once, I was hosted in Latvia in a house where no one of the family spoke English, they spoke Russian and Latvian, and none of us had compatible dictionaries.
So we had "talked" with drawings, gestures and a few loose words in German, with lots of laughs!!! and for three times the lady have called by phone for her student niece to ask her something in Latvian, and give immediately the telephone for me, just for I hear her niece tell me in english what they wanted to said and to ask me!
In that night we have stay "talking" for about 3 hours !!!
I had planned to stay there only one night, but after that I have decided to stay two nights more, because everything was really very very funny.
This was in 2006 (before the Google-translater was been created)
