Meet friends in Maine we can stay with May 7 through May 14 so we can get married on the rocks at Two Lights Park.

ABOUT ME

We are a nice quiet couple who by our chosen professions are very middle class, but love to travel to the ocean. We are very clean when we stay, and have become friends with an Old Orchard Beach hotel owner because of staying so often. We are looking forwards to seeing the Alouette be remodeled by owner Fred. However also want to expand our horizons.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to not go to the ocean every couple of months.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are newbies and I don't mind saying, a little nervous about our first experience, but are looking forwards to bringing good food to our experience in gratitude for hosting us. We love cooking lobster on the beach!

Interests

Tim likes reading anything, golden retrievers, and good food. Joanna likes qi quong, self help, human potential, and putting Tim on diets.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, yes. Music, some on the radio or a few pandora songs. Books: can't get enough of em. Love to meet authors and discuss the language and character developement. Joanna are lifelong learners.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was youthful I found myself amazing that I had saved the lives of a few people, painted lots of paintings and thrown lots of ceramics. These days I feel amazing to be loved by my grandchildren and family. I have seen lots of amazing transformations of those in my counseling practice and that is very satisfying. I would like to do some more of my own transformation and get to the ocean at least every other month. Now that would be amazing. What would be really amazing is to find a mentor that would care as much as I care for others. I never did have that wise old man in my life or that compassionate aunt or sister. People in our world really tend to be too selfish with connecting to others.
