HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to host surfers and also to see the world through the eyes of locals and avoid the tourist traps. Efficiency of money spent is the watchword.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many people's couches and have hosted friends in the wonderful city of Philadelphia. Now on to strangers.

Traveled through Turkey alone, learning the language as I went. Was almost abducted by a shopkeeper and taxi driver. Watched the movie "Taken" on the plane ride back... was glad that I did not watch it on the way over.
