ABOUT ME

I was a big hitchhiker when young and have always valued travel. My last long trip was with my wife cross-country 30 yrs ago. since then, we have raised 2 kids who we are immensely proud of, in a house with other adults. My wife just retired from the R.I.public defenders office, and I am on unpaid leave from teaching so that we could this trip while we are still upright. I am more comfortable with the couch surfing concept than Paula is, but I think some good experiences will change her mind. Our blog: prose30.tumblr.com
