I share my house with two lovely dogs: Izabella and Tobby, both are very charming and friendly, and unique.

Two years ago, I moved from Berlin to the German countryside and I am about to move on to new adventures.

But if you'd like to stop by on your travels through Germany and spend some time in a lovely village, where it's super quiet, you are very welcome to come and visit me and the dogs while we're still here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had my best travel experiences through couchsurfing and it's hard for me to imagine travelling any other way now.

The first time was in St. Petersburg/Russia in 2007, where I stayed with the lovely Sergey and I'm still in touch with another couchsurfer I met on that trip.

I hosted quite a bit since then in Germany and also when I lived in Ukraine.
And I stayed or met up with people through couchsurfing most times I went abroad.

I wouldn't want to miss any encounter I had through couchsurfing and hope to be able to have many more!

Interests

Understanding the world, other people, has always been a major driving force in my life.
I like beauty in not so obvious ways.
I love looking beyond the surface.
I love unique expression, openness, creativity and not taking things for granted.
Questioning rules and myself. Always looking to discover and learn something new.

I love wandering through cities and just trying to feel the energy and stumble across the unknown.
Not much into sightseeing in the traditional way, but super happy to check out everything that has to do with subcultures, art, music, all forms of creativity and nature.

Love my friends and wouldn't know what to do without them. And good talks and kindness.

I'm happy to share and teach everything I know. And that is quite a lot.
I'm a very practical, handy and crafty person. I like drawing, baking, cooking and building things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm happy to cook you something, or we cook together or I take you out for dinner or to the movies or a concert or whatever you fancy.

I enjoy interesting talks, I'm a good listener, and I also have some interesting stories to tell.

I usually bring some hand-made stuff because I love connecting this way.

Super happy to help with shopping, cleaning up, playing with your pets, spending time with you and getting to know you. But also very independent and happy to be out and about on my own. But would love to connect in a meaningful way.
