PROYECTO VISOC: Somos un Proyecto de Iniciativas Voluntarias y Culturales para Viajerxs del mundo. Que desde este año, trabaja para compartir con viajeros la cultura y el idioma, y a la vez involucrar al viajerx en un trabajo social voluntario en Mendoza a cambio de hospedaje. Nos enfocamos en crear trabajos voluntarios con niñxs, idiomas, distribución de comida a las personas de la calle, charlas y eventos culturales, brindándoles oportunidades y herramientas para que puedan mejorar su realidad. Nuestros ejes de trabajo son la prevención, la promoción humana y la educación integral.

VISOC PROJECT: We are a Project of Voluntary and Cultural Initiatives for Travelers of the world. Since this year, works to share with travelers the culture and language, and at the same time involve the traveler in a voluntary social work in Mendoza in exchange for accommodation. We focus on creating jobs with children, languages, food distribution to street people, talks and cultural events, providing opportunities and tools to improve their reality. Our axes of work for the prevention, the human promotion and the integral education.

. Nuestra misión es mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad en Mendoza Argentina. Mediante el trabajo social brindando las herramientas suficientes para mejorar su calidad de vida a través de su propio esfuerzo.
. Hospedar a los viajerxs que inician o transcurren su viaje con una predisposición a hacer trabajos voluntarios y a la vez a interactuar y ayudar a las personas locales.
.Tenemos la visión de expandir este proyecto a diferentes lugares del mundo de manera que cada unx desde su lugar pueda ser partícipe y colaborador/a directx o indirectx del proyecto.

. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people in situations of vulnerability in Mendoza Argentina. Through social work providing enough tools to improve their quality of life through their own efforts.
. Hosting travelers who start or spend their trip with a willingness to do volunteer work and at the same time interact and help local people.
We have the vision to expand this project to different parts of the world so that each one from its place can be a participant and direct or indirect collaborator of the project.

¿Cómo los obtenemos?
Nuestra fuente principal de ingresos proviene del aporte voluntario de viajeros, padrinxs particulares e institucionales. Le siguen los fondos que se recaudan en eventos y campañas a beneficio, junto con donaciones.
Y los más importantes son la voluntad y ganas de acompañarnos en este proyecto de todos lxs viajerxs que se suman día a día.

How do we get them?
Our main source of income comes from the voluntary contribution of private and institutional sponsors. It is followed by the funds that are raised in events and campaigns to benefit, along with donations.
And the most important are the willingness to accompany us in this project of all the travelers who join day by day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nuestra idea es usar Couchsurfing para hacernos conocidos con lxs viajerxs, brindarles hospedaje, tour guiado por la ciudad de Mendoza e intercambio de idioma a cambio de trabajos voluntarios y culturales a acordar día y hora con el viajero en particular.
Sabemos que hay una infinidad de viajeros que buscan aportar con alguna iniciativa social a través de sus conocimientos. Y por lo tanto decidimos crear una estructura para aquellos viajeros que buscan conocer Mendoza pero también sienten la necesidad de ayudar a aquellos que necesitan y esperan su voluntaria y dedicada atención.

Our idea is to use Couchsurfing to get acquainted with travelers, provide accommodation, guided tour of the city of Mendoza and exchange of language in exchange for voluntary and cultural work to agree day and time with the traveler in particular.
We know that there are countless travelers who seek to contribute with some social initiative through their knowledge. And therefore we decided to create a structure for those travelers who seek to know Mendoza but also feel the need to help those who need and expect their voluntary and dedicated attention.

Que lxs viajerxs aporten conocimientos, ideas, voluntad, etc y también se lleven buenas experiencias y lo que han venido a buscar. Además podrán obtener herramientas para involucrarse en el trabajo social aquí y en cualquier parte.

We mainly seek to be an inexhaustible source of cultural exchange, language, food, music and everything related to art.
