Overview
About Me
I've never travelled before 2016 (maybe except some holidays with my parents, when I was a child) and my decision about starting a trip was really spontaneous. I bought a ticket to Bangkok and without any bigger plan I spent one month travelling through Thailand, Hong Kong and south China. That's how my journey with travelling started. Next year I spent one month in Japan, and after that I started travelling with my girlfriend. We've visited dozens of countries together (Chernobyl in Ukraine, Australia, Cuba, most recent: beautiful Scotland).
In my opinion I'm very elastic person, always trying to adjust to the current surroundings. During my work I always plan my life in every detail but when I'm travelling, I just want to feel freedom and be close to others.
In private life I'm a project manager in heavy industry and welding engineer as well. My biggest hobby is by post-apo fantasy book that took many years from my which I plan to finally publish.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One day I decided that I'm living a little bit too stressful life so I should do something totally different and spontaneous. So, I just bought a ticket to Bangkok without any special plan. My friend told me that using CS is a good way to make my trip more interesting, so I sign up here. I had a great time in Asia so I decided to stay here and meet other wonderful people.
As I don't use CS as much as I did in the past - I think it's a wonderful way to get closer to the people - and that's my current goal.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I'm not a type of a person, who listens to genres. If there's a track, which I find amazing, then it doesn't matter, if it's rap, rock or classical music.
Movies: I love TV series (Breaking Bad, House of Cards, True Detective, Narcos, Lost, the Office, Bojack Horseman) more than movies. But my favourite ones are: 12 Angry Man, Climax. Also, a big fan of anime.
Books: I love Dukaj's and Pratchett's books. I'm mostly into fantasy and sci-fi.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I travelled for one month in Thailand (Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai), Hong Kong and China (mostly Guilin, Longji and Yangshuo) and took with me only 350$ (not including flights and visas). Lived with Buddhist monks for a few days near Chiang Rai.
Climbed Fuji Mt. without any preparation and without any winter clothes. Climbed it during night - it's an amazing view, when you can see thousands of people climbing it during day, but during night you are the only one - all alone. But it's freaking cold on the top - especially if you don't have winter clothes :D

What I Can Share with Hosts
I think the most important thing in CS to share is time - well, that's the idea after all. We meet each other to spend time, to get know each other, share our thoughts, our experiences, our cultures. A that's my goal here as well: to spend some time with open people and to get closer to their culture.
