Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing to meet interesting people and experience new places. It's been said that you don't know what you don't know. Maybe I can learn a thing or two on my way.

The hard plastic thingy at the end of your shoe lace is called an aglet. If you work crossword puzzles, that clue will eventually come up, and you'll thank me then. Also, an epee is a fencing sword. They love that one.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a pretty good cook. I would be happy to cook a meal to share with my host, maybe a traditional dish from Texas or the US South. I've traveled a lot, and I'm always looking to share experiences with people about the places we have collectively been. I'm a worthy adversary at Scrabble.
