ABOUT ME

My name is Fekete Balázs from Budapest, Hungary. We use our names in the opposite order so Fekete (black) is my family name.

★ The first and most important thing is that I am not on a holiday. I am constantly traveling in the last couple of years which is unsustainable without volunteering and CouchSurfing. This determines my approach to hospitality exchange.
- As a host I am trying to ensure a cozy and warm space for travelers, so they can have a rest.
- As a guest I am trying to adjust to my host, as much as possible. I am an organized, punctual, precise and polite person.
I am self-sufficient, I require no assistance. I travel alone, because I enjoy traveling alone.

★ According my degree I'm an Applied Environmental Researcher. I am an expert in climate change, but never worked on this field.

★ I'm experienced in social work since I worked for a social aid foundation for a couple of years. I was conducting a harm reduction program, the aim was to reduce the negative consequences of drug use.

★ I never had children. It gives me a lot of freedom, but sometimes I feel like I would happily give up everything if it'd be the other way.
