ABOUT ME

Completely open minded, outgoing and easygoing..(like the vast majority of couchsurfers, i do realize that :P)

Curios and self-aware..love to talk, a lot, about virtually anything..love even more gettin' to know new people, expecially from different cultures..
Feelin' most of the time very lucky, so i'm trying to give something back, anytime i can..

Love wearin' shorts, staying barefeet, the sun, the strong wind, nightwalking..no umbrellas, no watches on my wrist..
Like kids a lot, and any animal..love the wonder in their eyes..
enjoy workin' with adolescents..wanting to make a difference..

Trying to play happy, and take everything easy, even if i'm feelin awful inside..(not always succeding at it, obviously)..looking always for easy and open relationships, but somehow i always seem to end up in messy complex situations...and still manage to get (or at least see) the best out of it..
even so, incredibly caring and passionate, when i got my head and soul in something, or someone..

and, well..thousands of other (bad) stuff, probably..:P

PHILOSOPHY

I call my personal version of faith "Karma": try to be good, as much as you can: things will turn out great for you. And every step, and choice, on the way has a specific meaning!
(oh, and i strongly believe in StarTrek future philosophy!)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll try to be here for anybody, even at the last second:
living in front of a train station makes it easy; working on 5 different projects and sometimes not having literally the time to breathe, makes it not always so easy..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed (officially) just once, a couple of years ago in Wien (thanx Andreas!).
Since i live by myself, i had lately an intense month, when i hosted 7 different couchsurfers: all great experiences, and definitely 7 new friendships have born.

Interests

Videomaking, social information, movies, political issues, juggling, cooking, street-theather, playing baseball, snowboardin, live concerts, bartending, living a fun and open sexuality, travelling, dancing, singing (screaming) while driving, still enjoyin' having a good night of drinks, and (very conscious) psycho-alterations once in a while..

Music, Movies, and Books

Seen tons of movies all my life: Jarmush and Truffaut my all time favourites, love masters as Kubrick, Orson Welles, Pasolini, Sergio Leone (to name a few) but also visionary directors as Aronofsky, Gondry, Tim Burton, or even disturbed egomaniacs as Von Trier.
In recent years seen actually even more shortmovies, from all over the world..and grew a passion for a few quality tv-series..now mostly watchin documentaries, on any social and political matter..

Music: grew up with punk-hardcore, moved then to reggae, ethnic, electronic, and now enjoy anything that makes my hip move..or my hearth bleed..(no, i´m not emo :P)

Used to read a lot, mostly short tales, lansdale, bukowski, king..but also great classics..1984 by Orwell, above all.
Peanuts strips, by Charlie Shultz, have been my bible for years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Felt phisically under my skin, within the same minute, the Joy and the Pain of beeing in Love.

Jumped out of a plane (!!)

Seen a cow give birth to a marvellous calf.

Seen my father cry.

Discovered the immensity of Earth, and the profound sense of beeing a Simple human-beeing, (also) thanks to the psylocibe mushrooms, one of greatest gift of Mother Nature.

Teach, Learn, Share

Could teach you maybe the joy of juggling, and definitely to cook some italian specialties.

I also used to teach german in italy, and italian in germany..love analysing and mixing languages, babylonia is the future..

I would absolutely love to learn french! and sign-language!

And share..well..anything there might be to share..!
