ABOUT ME
26. gardener/activist/anarchist/queer/sweet/ambitious/silly
Sometimes I can be a lot of fun.
I enjoy participating in the arts community in my hometown, gardening, playing music, exploring, and sometimes traveling. I love meeting people and hearing their stories, and I love planned and unplanned adventures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've had the pleasure of participating in couchsurfing on and off for the past seven years both as a traveler and as a host in my hometown. My best friend and I will be traveling around Western Europe during the beginning of 2018 and are excited to meet new folks.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had excellent experiences as a guest in Nevada and the American Southwest and have also hosted too many great people to count in my hometown.
Interests
I am a gardener and love working with plants. I am interested in urban farming and permaculture design and have completed two Permaculture Design courses. I also enjoy just being in nature. I like reading, listening to podcasts, and watching movies. I play guitar. I am an anarchist and believe strongly in building resilient communities and systems of mutual support. I help run a Books to Prisoners program in my hometown of Spokane, Washington. I love having fun conversations. I'm very open minded and love people of all stripes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I've done is traveled around the US by myself and experienced true contentment.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share some knowledge of cooking, community organizing, the English language, permaculture design, gardening, traveling advice, and maybe some other things I can't think of. I strongly believe that we all have a lot to learn from one another.
