About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Today is the first day of the rest of our lifes

ABOUT ME

My aim in life is, like everyone, to be happy. To get it I believe in some premises:

- On every step, be cautious in not stepping on anybody.
- Differentiate between what I must do, what I like and what I want.
- Things I wish can't prevent me to enjoy things I've got.
- Be clear that if happines isn't shared, it always has a bitter taste.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a dreamer, I hope that humanity would change to better and someday, maybe far, we would live in harmony with our planet.

As Zygmunt Bauman says, I'm pessimist in short, but optimist in long.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer a bed in Banyoles and I met with other couchsurfers in my trips.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted in Slovenia when I was travelling with my girlfriend and I falled in love with couchsurfing life style. I want to feel an active member of couchsurf community, I think couchsurf is a starting signal to reach the model of society that I want. Is it too much philosophy? I'm sorry... I'm so.

Interests

I like mountain, in general. I usually do trekking, climbing... and especially canyoning. I'm geographer and environmetal manager. I like politics and I love the nature: animals, plants, landscapes...

And I'm in love with human towers! (castells).

Music, Movies, and Books

A movie: UP! or V de Vendetta.
A book: I fell in love with 20th Century trilogy by Ken Follet.
Music: Punk, but also indie, without especial preferences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sunset trough the sea in Mallorca island
Every winter, when snow is covering the Pirineus mountains and I watch it from my home.
Skating on ice in dutch canals.
Sant Aniol d'Aguja canyon and Llech canyon, with espectacular waterfalls that you can jump or rappel. It's amazing!
Doing human towers, especially in the second floor of a "pilar de cinc" or of a "quatre de set amb agulla".
