Overview
About Me
I like learning about new things, listening to adventures and seeking for adventures myself.
I try to look at things on the bright side and laughing is my number one copingmechanism in life.
Honestly, I am in my twenties and still figuring out what kind of person I want to be - but my number one rule in life is: always believe in the best of every person. :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It seems to me that it is the best way to get to know the locals and really experience the place you are visiting. Also, I like to meet new people and share stories!
Interests
Can I just state that 'food is life' ? I think that having a good meal can connect people. Just an easy evening with a well cooked meal, a bit of wine and chatting about all sort of stuff. If there is one thing that everyone has in common is, well everyone has to eat, right?
Other than eating, I like being outdoors and will try on anything that will give me an adrenaline-kick.
Life is just one big party, so you'll probably catch me dancing (read: making non rythmical moves wit my body) everyday.
I balance everything out by also enjoying a cosy night on the couch with a good movie (aaaand snacks).
Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste varies on my mood. I love raving at a techno/house-party, bootyshaking at RnB/Salsa tunes, chilling in a jazz lounge, singalongs with popsongs - really I am so random.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Backpacking in South-East-Asia
- walk 100km without sleeping ('Dodentocht' in Belgium)
- Hosted someone I met online. Honestly, one of the most random meet-ups ever but also a week I will remember for the rest of my life.
