I live through love. It's so easy to get caught up on our differences, but we all hold so much in common! There is a beautiful center to all of us, which can so easily get clouded over by our worries and fears. Words cannot truly describe us, and every time I am asked to describe myself, I give a different response.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, I don't have a sofa to offer, though I have previously. I'll definitely spread good energy through my visits with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted several wonderful groups of couchsurfers when I was living in Squamish. I am very familiar with couches myself.

I recently lived at Yasodhara Ashram on Kootenay Bay, BC for 7 months. It's a yoga study and retreat center. Absolutely profound.
