I was born and raised in a small city - Amritsar in India. It is home to the Harmandir Sahib (commonly known as the Golden Temple), the spiritual and cultural center for the Sikh religion. I went to school in another small city called "Kurukshetra" in the Northern part of the country. I moved to US in the Fall of 2013 to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science. I like traveling, watching and playing soccer and cricket. I am also a foodie and like to try different cuisines. I am a big fan of Indian, Vietnamese and Chinese food. I have traveled in India but not much outside. I look forward to explore USA in the coming time. I have been to Seattle, Austin and Houston till now.. really liked Austin!!

I have biked for long distances on Indian freeways. It feels easy till you do it. Indian freeways are not everybody's cup of tea!
