Even though I love traveling and hope my wanderlust never runs out, I love being at home with my friends and a cozy couch. The Midwest has a funny way of always feeling like home no matter how long you've been away.

I always love staying in a local home when I'm traveling. I've done many Airbnb stays, but always have been interested in Couchsurfing. I like staying with interesting people, but more importantly people who are friendly and welcoming. Sharing your home is one of the best forms of kindness we can offer.

I'm a musician, so I find something to like about every kind of music! I love finding new bands to listen to, especially smaller local bands.

I love clever comedy movies. But my (not-so) guilty pleasure is Love Actually.

Harry Potter books will always be my favorite. Quite a fan of Game of Thrones as well.

I love music, so teaching or playing along with others is always enjoyable. I can usually pick up and learn how to play just about any instrument. My true love is playing the drums!

I was also a Geography student, so I love talking about world affairs, culture, or anything having to do with different cultures!
