About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live the life of no regrets - neither from "I wish I had" nor "I wish I hadn't"
ABOUT ME
I live in Salida Colorado, with my wife, Amanda.
I enjoy the big adventures of life. My taste for adventure came as a kid, taking wilderness trips with my dad. Joining the Boy Scouts, and becoming an Eagle Scout added to this.
I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2013. The community of the trail was enlightening. I met the most hospitable, caring, and encouraging people.
PHILOSOPHY
Love Big. Have great joy. God is good. Money is just a number.

Please note: Even though we live in Colorado, our home is not 420 friendly. Do what you like and like what you do, but please, no smoking.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
I love movies. I am a sucker for the great romantic comedy ("Stardust", "Just Like Heaven" and "Notting Hill"). Other favorite movies include "Star Wars", "Indiana Jones", "Legends of the Fall", "Up", "Last of the Mohicans", and "Catch Me if You Can".
Music:
I am not a huge music fan, probably due to being tone deaf and very musically challenged. I played piano for 8 years as a kid, and never truly learned how to read music. But, I do enjoy Third Eye Blind, Counting Crows, Keith Urban, and Kenny Chesney.
Books:
My favorite book is "James and the Giant Peach". I have read this book maybe 75 times. I actually read it again when I was 25, and loved it as much as when I was a kid. Something about a boy escaping the sorrowed life, meeting new and interesting friends, and having the adventure of a lifetime - i guess thats a little like couchsurfing. Meet new friends and have an adventurous life.
