ABOUT ME
I'm now using a big part of my time doing stuff for a free Web-Radio in Berlin, and also sometimes cooking in a "non-commercial restaurant", and riding my bike quite a lot...
-- Little precision about my language skills :
- French is my mother tongue
- I can speak a fluent broken english
- I can speak a fluent broken german
- I can sometime manage to order a coffee in Vietnamese and to understand the price.
PHILOSOPHY
Do It Yourself, but with others !
Make it simple, except when it's fun and interesting to make it complicated !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm using Couchsurfing actively since I started my trip from Berlin (Germany) to Saigon (Vietnam), with the train.
In Berlin, I hosted for the moment a lot of people on my coach, without doing it through Couchsurfing (I guess the name of it is "wild couchsurfing"). I'll post a picture which prooves that 8 people can sleep in my 25^2 room :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I heard a lot about CS because of friends hosting people or being hosted through it. Then I met my ex-flatmate, because she was couchsurfing by a friend of mine 800 km away from Berlin.
I really started my Couchsurfing profile at the start of my trip. All experiences were wonderful, and most of the people I met this way are friends now !
Russia :
- 09.2010 surfed in St-Petersburg 3 nights with 2 friends of mine
- 09.2010 surfed in Moscow for 3 nights with 2 friends of mine
- 09.2010 surfed in Irkutsk for 8 nights with 2 friends of mine
Mongolia
- 10.2010 met a lot of people in Ulaanbaatar thanks to CS
China
- 12.2010 surfed in Beijing 10 days in 2 different flats
- 12.2010 surfed in Xi'An 4 days
- 12.2010 surfed in Kunming 4 days
- 12.2010 met people for tea in Kunming
For more details, you can read the eCSperiences :)
I'm actually now quite desapointed of the change of Couchsurfing into a commercial company, so I'm going to use bewelcome.org instead. My profile is here :

Interests
I think I already described a lot of my interests in the "all about me", because what is interesting me, also built a part of me I think. To make it short :
- Alternative living forms (ecologically, collectivelly, ...)
- everything in relation with the Do It Yourself (D.I.Y) philosophy
- Exploring the modern city archeology (like understanding the changes in progress in the places I'm visiting.)
- cooking
- coffee
- coach
- cycling
- archeology
