ABOUT ME

I've spent the last four years living a seasonal life, bouncing from ski resort in the winter to the desert in the summer. I'm in Moab at the moment, but plan on moving to Denver soon to start a little more stable life in the medical field. Adrenaline and I are buddies, but I don't feel like I live an extreme lifestyle. I'm actually somewhat quiet and very easy going. I always like meeting new folk and sharing stories and perspectives on life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most my experience is hosting, though I have surfed a good handful of times. I haven't been too active in the last couple years because of restricting living situations, but I hope to start getting back into the CS community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience was when I did an east coast road trip in fall of '07 that took me through Toronto, Montreal, and Boston and I surfed in all three cities. All were great experiences!! I was truly surprised at how warm and welcoming my hosts were. Since then I've been hosting loads of skiers and riders at Copper Mountain.

Interests

Nearly everything involving the outdoors, like all types of climbing, skiing, backpacking and such, music, the arts, a good movie, a good book, philosophy, self discovery.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know photography fairly well and would love to teach people how to easily turn simple point and shoot travel candids into worthwhile photos you feel proud enough to hang on mom's fridge. I also love being in the kitchen and I´m always trying to do recipe exchanges!
