I grew up in Southwest Michigan, lived in and fell in love with Boston for four years, and decided to hang it all and move to Alaska.

Always strive to learn more and never content yourself with lazy thought. Also, practice the virtue of cheerfulness, which is the better part of loving one's neighbor.

I've hosted friends of friends who need a place to stay for a while now, and one of those friends finally told me about couchsurfing--so now I'm trying out the surfing side of things.
