ABOUT ME

I've spent all my life in sunny Brisbane - Australia's third largest city after Sydney & Melbourne. Now ... I'm off to explore the world! I've always had incredible wanderlust and am soon taking my first solo journey halfway across the world ... hope to make some friends!

I'm trying to veer off the beaten track. I don't like big cities and like discovering areas and things that allow me to connect with others and nature.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in a wholefoods approach, getting sun, sharing laughs, embracing life and simplifying things.

I'd like to reconnect with people, the world and learn how to live sustainably and basically just slow ... down ... and ... enjoy ... the ... moment ...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My trip so far in Japan 2013 has been filled with so much fun, love and spirit! Thank you everyone who has made this journey memorable and to those who I will meet on the way. A huge thank you to all the hosts, friends and even Japanese locals for helping me find my way around the stations, lost, dazed and confused!

Interests

I enjoy music, am huge film buff and also a health and lifestyle nut. I don't specifically follow any particular diets but I love reading about paleo, raw & vegan diets.

Essentially I'm here to make connections and learn about different cultures, eating my way from country to country, go to awesome places and just explore ....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking along the beach in Phuket and ... bumping into a coke bottle or plastic bag every 5 metres.
