About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To become a cosmopolitan nomad and a polyglot. Actually... I think I might be getting close to my goal! Language learning is NEVER over, but I'm currently long-term traveling. Still working on a way to make it financially sustainable though.
ABOUT ME

I love words and consider myself a language enthusiast: native English, intermediate German & Spanish, basic Russian. I'm a software engineer by trade. I've been a vegetarian for 10 years and as long as there's no meat or fish, I'm not a picky eater at all! I'm gay and always interested in connecting with the local LGBT+ community. I'm also interested in politics and human rights, though maybe that's not the best topic for casual conversation. Maybe after a couple drinks or smoke session! ;)
PHILOSOPHY
Knowledge is power and power is freedom.
Always aspire to be well traveled, well educated, and well dressed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I was stuck working the 9-5, I invited the world to come stay with me. The tables have turned and I'm traveling the world and hoping to stay with you! I love Couchsurfing for the social aspect and want to hang out with my hosts. The whole low cost thing is nice, but I'm not looking for a free hostel.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted a handful of surfers, surfed quite a bit, and been to a few meet-ups/events. I'm always looking forward to meeting new members of the CS community.
