Music, Movies, and Books

All kind of movies except violence movies. Music from classical to wild disco to ethnic folk dance/music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My International Post-graduate Students Adviser, Professor Newton-John (father of famous Australian singer/actress, Olivia Newton-John), was eager to introduce me to deep-sea fishing in Australian Waters as I had never fished. To our great disappointment, we had no luck all day and decided to return to the shore.
My eternal optimism impelled me to keep dragging my fishing line in the ocean as our speeding schooner continued its voyage toward the shore. Suddenly, I heard my fishing reel spinning at high speed and the fishing rod bending down into the water.
It just happened that a big fish got hooked by its tail on my fishing line. Beginner's luck, eh?
Well, it gave me bragging right on campus that I was a unique fisherman who catches fish by its tail!

Teach, Learn, Share

When a student is ready, teacher always shows up!

Don't restrict to people only. Broaden my consciousness and pay contemplative attention to all the creations visible, audible or silent around me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Exchange Stories , experiences and adventures of travels around the world.
Humor, laughter and fun.
Culinary Delights - Indian/Pakistani curried and sweet dishes for survival only!

Walks to Saskatchewan Drive/River which is just one block from the back alley of house. Power/leisure/romantic walks on beautiful trails around the clock in all seasons.
Running/walking 300-stair-steps down to the river and back up can be challenging and exhilarating in all seasons.
Full-moon-lit mid-nights or mid-day picnics in the scenic lookout.
